Great post. I could relate to so much of what you said. The discomfort and pain of not being who we really are or denying our growth and expression is totally real. The psyche will strive and fight for wholeness, will we allow it or not? Of course it's gonna be painful and often surprising, but how worth it to be you in the end, what is a greater treasure than what we really are?

That right there. Yes. Exactly.

It's so simple and yet so clouded because it is not in the mainstream belief system. In the schools they tell us we need to perform and become something we are told is good. And often, that something that is "good" is subliminally communicated to us as being something other than what we are.
